Directions for Use:

• Squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon into the palm of your hand and gently rub on your belly, arms or legs while in the bath or shower. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and then rinse off. Use 2-3 times per week. Recommended to follow with PURE MAMA Belly Oil.
