Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and headwear must remain in their original sealed packaging.

Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
