All beads and teethers are BPA free, food grade silicone that is safe for babies to chew on. Actual bead design on the pacifier clip may vary. To open the clip, pull the wooden piece up. Then place the fabric or car seat strap between the plastic teeth. To close, push the wooden part back down and it will clamp tightly closed.
